What is Smart Pro?

Smart Pro is a SmartMoving product tier built for moving companies whose business goes beyond the traditional household move. It includes everything in Smart Growth plus Accounts and Warehousing when available.

Who is Smart Pro for?

Smart Pro is built for movers managing ongoing customer accounts, negotiated rates, multi-job projects, POs and budgets, specialized crews, warehousing needs, or billing that spans more than a single move.

Is Smart Pro only for commercial movers?

No. Smart Pro is built around how your business operates, not what you call the work. It supports moving companies managing residential moves alongside B2B relationships, recurring accounts, commercial projects, specialized work, and warehousing.

What is available today?

During the pre-sale, Smart Pro includes everything in Smart Growth plus the Accounts functionality available today, including account management, contacts, account rates and billing terms, projects with POs and budgets, crew skills, multi-job invoicing, Remedy payments, and QuickBooks Online sync.

Can I add multiple jobs to the same project?

Yes. Smart Pro lets you organize related work under a project and add unlimited jobs, so long-running or recurring work doesn't have to be split across separate opportunities.

Can I manage multiple contacts for the same customer?

Yes. Accounts lets you organize multiple contacts and departments under the same customer account, keeping everyone involved in the relationship connected in one place.

Can I set different payment terms for my customers?

Yes. Smart Pro supports account-level billing terms, including Net 30 and Net 60, so billing can reflect the agreements you have with your customers.

What about Warehousing?

Warehousing is coming soon and will be included with Smart Pro at no additional cost when it becomes available. It will support receiving inventory directly into the warehouse, tracking unique and serialized assets and bulk goods, warehouse locations, and receiving and release workflows in the Crew App. Warehousing is currently targeted for early 2027.
